Continued Mistrust of Aboriginal Peoples

  Reports from various newspapers including the Blued Eyed Advocate, Aryan Express and The Civilised Daily, have continued to propose the irrational fear of our people who merely want to be recognised as human beings and the true inhabitants of this land.

                                       

   Reporters have deliberately misinterpreted a previous article that The Indigenous Herald had written in which we refereed to the hypocritical functions of the white mans society, for which they interpreted our logical and reasonable judgment as a verbal threat for violence during the 150th Anniversary of White occupation. The fact of the matter is that most Aboriginal peoples would not even want to be present let alone present in a violent fashion. The only Aboriginal involvement of this Day will be the non-violent right of human beings to protest the insensitive and immoral actions of an oppressive nation.

     In response to ludicrous claims by the Civilised Daily, the author of this article would also like to add that the Aboriginal people owes no debt towards the White man, whose so called 'protectionist' policies systematically committed a cultural genocide amongst our people.

    The 26th of January, 1938 will be a non-violent Day of Mourning.

150 Years of Struggle

     In a few months time, our peoples will be confronted with the realities of 150 years of White occupation of our lands. The City of Sydney is ecstatic in the festivities it has planned for what will again be a re-enactment of the immoral and criminal actions of the invasive plague that has eaten away at the very flesh of our hearts and minds.

      

With 150 years of White settlement what do we have still remaining to sustain our hope of a better tomorrow? They keep telling us about how this Crucified man showed love to all peoples and welcomed all the 'heavy laden', they say that this man offers us hope. If only they listened to what this man had to say. He sounds quite sensible, but these people are out of their minds. They celebrate the foundation of 'civilised society' as their reporters from The Civilised Daily Newspaper claim, and champion the efforts of white men to open the eyes of 'those in darkness'. In the words of their own preacher, they may need to take the ginormous 'log out of their own eyes'.

    Our peoples will not be celebrating on the 150th year of their occupation. Our people will mourn and wail.
